4. Free and Premium Tiers

MythosGen offers both free and premium tiers. Free users have access to core name generators with standard generation limits. Premium users gain additional features including ad-free browsing, bulk name generation, and AI-powered generation with higher usage limits. We reserve the right to modify the features or pricing of any tier at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing name generation service

6. Intellectual Property

The MythosGen website, branding, design, and underlying code are the property of MythosGen. Names generated by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial creative use - you are free to use generated names in your stories, games, and projects. However, you may not claim ownership of the generation algorithms or Service itself.

MythosGen is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any third-party rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.

MythosGen does not claim ownership of any third-party settings, franchises, trademarks, or copyrighted material referenced by users or displayed as style inspirations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content complies with applicable law and the policies of the relevant rights holders.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI-powered name generation features use OpenAI's API to produce results. AI-generated names are provided "as is" without guarantees of uniqueness, cultural appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and selecting names suitable for your use case.
